I have no idea where the reviews citing helpful friendly staff originate from, certainly the young people around the store seemed friendly enough, but the old couple on the counter today...surly, unhelpful, and a pretty nasty disposition. Not going back. There is no justification for treating customers like that at the very moment they are spending a lot of money. Move aside, let someone in who deserves the opportunities more.

I could spend all day in here! I recently went in to purchase a new helmet and boots. I'm cursed with an oddly shaped large head and large calves which always put me off getting fitted in person. However, the staff were so helpful and encouraging, they gave me all the time I needed to try on all different brands to get the perfect fit in both. Theres such a selection and sizes are so inclusive! Ended up buying a rosegold Samshield and ariat tall boots, wouldn't go anywhere else!

Absolutely great store! Good choice of equipment, either for rider and horse, at all prices. I was there today to buy a helmet and a young lady who helped me was very, very nice and helpful! I got exactly what I needed with her help and got out very satisfied ❤️ the mature lady at the till was also very nic and polite :)I will definitely be back again!

Staff are just the best here. My fiancee often goes for numnahs and other items, we took her there for her birthday shop and got £700-900 worth of items and she got a free numnah which blew me away. She has a different shaped head which is usually an issue to get fitted for but the staff helped extensively to get her a size that fit, the staff and assistant manager are always so welcoming and are very forthcoming in assisting and giving their opinion on items which fit and don't fit but in the most positive way someone could.
