They are absolutely amazing. My surveyor with RICS number 6557399 was very professional, caring, knowledgeable. He was very patient with me because I didn’t understand everything so he took time to explain everything. He also gave me so much additional advice. As a first time buyer he made my experience much more calm and less stressful! I am definitely going to use them again and I would absolutely recommend them.

I have carried out 2 surveys with M A P Surveyors. I found that both times the Surveyors were able to carry out the surveys quickly and the report was ready the next day or feedback was given on the same day. Ben carried out our second survey and was very friendly and personable. He called before the appointment as we hadn't raised any concerns and called afterwards to give us feedback. I have used MAP Surveyors on two occasions, one for a purchase that didn't proceed and another for one that is about to complete. I was fortunate the second time to work with surveyor David Breeze, who has been so fantastic. David clearly explained his findings and then made himself available for two subsequent phone calls to discuss the details, including reviewing quotes for remedial works. This helped us get a significant concession on the purchase price and ensures we get good value in the work we will need to do when we move in. MAP are easy to deal with, good value, and tend to be able to carry out surveys relatively quickly. I really recommend asking for David if he works in your area. Thank you!

I would highly recommend MAP surveyors. Initial survey carried out quickly and our surveyor Guy was excellent in following up our queries from the report and explaining what we did and didn’t need to look into further. Subsequently he was on hand when I had some follow up concerns a few months later (prior to exchange) and went above and beyond to look into these on the same day and provided professional, common sense advice. Will definitely use again in the future.

The survey that was carried out seemed very thorough. It was not just on the property but on surrounding area that I found interesting reading, although I didn'think it was totally accurate, such as 12 mins. to London City Airport. Anyway was pleased with the report. The surveyor discovered, what he thought was Asbestos panels in the loft, and gave his opinion on the consequence of this. It would have been more useful had he been sure as it was not positive. On some investigation, I concluded that it was nothing to worry about and it is best left alone. Otherwise it was an excellent report.
