We recently had our wedding reception at Pitcher and Piano. We cannot thank Shaps and all of the staff for the amazing service at our reception - they helped make our day extra special. Nothing was too much to ask and they were all so kind and hospitable. Nothing was too much to ask for! They definitely went above and beyond.We would definitely recommend this as a wedding reception venue.Thank you all once again.Mr and Mrs Latsch

Amazing time at The Manor House, we had a works Christmas party, and nothing was too much trouble and everyone was super friendly and happy. The food and drinks were fab and then on for a dance downstairs in the club! Tha

Attended the cocktail masterclass our host Zoe was fantastic had a great time, a very relaxed fun atmosphere. Zoe has a great knowledge of cocktails and there history. with a generous mid cocktail snack of loaded nachos was a great afternoon

We were a table of 6 came for dinner and left at 3am! Great food, brilliant staff, we had zoe and a couple of other members of the team serve us and they were all amazing, very attentive and our glasses never ran dry. The only thing that need a bit of attention is the toilets, in the ladies the water pressure was so extreme that when you push the button the water soaked the person and the floor. The toilet seats were broken, cracked or wobbly and the whole toilet area needs some attention to freshen it up.

There was an event going on which I had been emailed about prior to our visit to warn of the noise !However we sat outside, so it didn't really make any difference to us .We ordered sharing cocktails and 3 main courses , none of it could be faulted and the staff were absolutely brilliant ! Especially the lovely lady who seeved us. Friendly, polite and on hand for everything we needed. We will ba back :)

I visited the Pitcher and Piano for a Cocktail Masterclass for my sister's Hen Party. We all had such a great time. Zoe was brilliant at making us feeling welcome and was a great teacher. The cocktails tasted amazing. I would definitely recommend the cocktail masterclass to others and would love to come back. We all had a great time!

Such great service and brilliant value for money with the kids eat free panto season special , nothing was too much brought crayons for my little one and the food was deliciousI love spicey food and the tacos and empanadas were deliciousDefinitely give it a try you won’t be disappointed will definitely be back !

Usually have a decent time here but on countless occasions now i’ve found their bouncers to be bullies. Pretty sure half of Tunbridge Wells is banned from this place by now for little-no reason. Shame as it’s the only decent spot in town. Generally speaking music and atmospheres good but 1* for the utterly appalling treatment me and my friends regularly get from bouncers and door staff alike
