They listen to what you want and then do the polar opposite. I thought the cut was finished but no, he pulls out a razor and shaved the sides / back of by head bald without thinking to even ask me. Completely ignored or did not understand what i said when he started the cut. Not attending again - he was rude and nonchalant through out the cut when parts of the fade were uneven and he had no plans to correct until I mentioned it. Jokers. £16 LOL

Great hair cut and service, cannot reccomend enough

Just had my hair done in the Harborne's store earlier. Rabar was excellent, probably the best haircut and service I've had from Kings in many years. I believe Rabar normally works in the Sutton Coldfield store so I might follow him there next time.Thanks a lot Rabar and have a good day. Don

zero customer service, been twice and asked for medium-low fade each time(showed pictures on my phone as well of how I want the haircut) and on both times I got a high fade. I specifically mentioned not to go too high on the fade but they have no idea how to do a medium or low fade. they only know to do the high fade.I look horrible with high fade so will avoid going here again.After I did mention that I am not happy with the high fade, one of the guys even had the nerve to make a comment about how I do not like the high fade as his collegue cut the hair really good. he might know how to do a high fade, but that was not was I asked for. never again. will go to proper barbers next time.

Terrible ‘fade’. I have attached a picture of this terrible haircut. Unbelievable honestly. I asked the barber at the beginning if they could do fades and he said ‘brother ofcourse we can, we are a barbershop..’The worst trim I have had. Judge for yourselves by the picture.

Been going to a few different barbers around selly oak / Harborne area, however I think I will be coming here from now on. Very friendly staff, and perfect haircut done well and not rushed. Would highly recommend
