What an amazing find. Shoe repairs, key cutting, luggage and bag repairs and lots of other useful stuff. Chris is an old school craftsman. Highly recommended.

Would highly recommend this shop, polite, extremely helpful and when I needed something done in a short space of time, hey “presto” it was done.

I bought a pair of vans but have not been able to wear them as they were not padded at the back like my other pair and I got horrible blisters everytime I wore them. I had tried heel grips but they kept coming off, so I was gutted to be unable to wear them, I loved them so much. So after a year of being on the shelf I suddenly thought I wonder if Chris at Presto Shoe Repairs, who we have used for the last 25 years when he used to be in Southend, can do anything?. Chris was brilliant and stitched some leather into the back to make it smooth and then stitched in a pair of suede heel grips...job sorted... top job... thrilled to bits thankyou so much. I've been enjoying finally being able to wear them.
