It's only been 1 half year, roof was done. Tiles are already moving with little harsh weather. While there r houses with 20 to 40 years old roof on the street, none of them got damage. I did call the roofer who gave me 15 years guarantee, not willing to repair or honouring the guarantee. Moreover, the guy is very rude. He will not listen to u and drop the call when you try to explain the issue or talk about guarantee. Other roofers who are coming to fix the issues, asking around £1500 to £2500. They have redo ridge and hip tiles which are a mess
