Such an excellent standard of care received for my little boy today. Lovely, knowledgeable staff at every assessment phase who were kind to him and put him at ease. We were seen promptly and the environment was clean and colourful. Pharmacy was swift too! Thank you so much to the whole team!

My boy fractured his elbow, all staff were kind, caring and compassionate. Wife was upset and supported by wonderful team. Please be patient, there is a wait to be seen, staff are under enormous pressure

A disgrace to hospitals - My 2 year old had chest pain, fever (41°c) and had gone limp but the receptionist (grace) decided we not priority. Waited 7 hrs and no doctor - ended up taking my sick child home untreated. The staff need to be fired.

Worse A&E they should change the name to waiting area, I took my 4month old because of 111 and ofcourse 4hrs later I was still there all they did was give paracetamol which didnt bring the temp down. Staff is rude, doctors dont prioritise any one. The experience has traumatised me, I feel they will only attend if someone was dead

I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE HOSPITAL I WENT TO. I WENT THERE AND THERE WASN'T ANYONE EXCEPT 1 PERSON THEY WAITED MORE THAN 6 HOURS AND WE WAITED ABOUT 4 HOURS FOR MY 9 MONTHS OLD BABY. HE COULD NOT BREATH WE CALLED 999, AND THEY TOLD US TO GO THIS HOSPITAL. WHEN MY BABY VOMITED NO DOCTOR CAME TO HELP AND I DONT EVEN KNOW WHY THEY WERE TAKING THAT LONG. I THINK THEY WERE SLEEPING THE WHOLE TIME AND WHEN WE ARROVED TO OUR APPOINTMENT THEY DID NOT DO NOTHING EXCEPT CHECK HIS HEAR RATE AND HE'S STILL NOT OKAY. THIS HOSPITAL NEEDS TO FIX UP. WHAT ARE THESE DOCTORS? HOW ARE THEY DOCTORS IF THEY ARENTS HELPING? FIX THIS HOSPITAL!! THIS IS NOT A JOKE!!!! TRUST ME I HAVE PROOFS!! THE HOSPITAL IS SO BAD. TRUST ME!!!!!

Amazing service from a great team. Our son had cut his lip from front to back in a rugby injury. We thought that he would need admitting but with the assistance of Carmen, some gas and air and the expertise of the Maxillofacial team they stitched him up and we were home the same day. The care given throughout was exceptional. Thank you so much.

Absolute disgrace staff not even trained and rude. Waited over 6hours with 11months old nurses seen him vomiting 2x no help nothing seen other people come in after us and doctor seen them before us? With a condition nothing like our boy. No management Whatsoever. Nurses calling out names quietly like they are in the library. Shambolic the only thing that will help in England is a private doctor. The only thing that will help in England with health condition is a private doctor not the NHS.

Told to go to emergency by 111 for our 1 year old baby. Was told they had booked a slot for us. Arrived to hear that there was a 7 hour wait. ‘Ah but we called 111’ the surly nurse snapped back ‘we don’t book appointments with 111’.Ok then settle in for a 7 hour wait.7 hours pass…still not seen by the doctor. I could have flown to France and got an appointment quicker than this!
