We were served by Jimmy who was very helpful. He asked all the right questions and was able to direct us to exactly what we were looking for. Prices here beat all the other bathroom shops we have looked at and they have a much bigger selection. They were even happy for me to get into the bathtubs to try them out, now there's no where else I know that allows the customers to do that!So we bought a whirlpool bathtub (1900 X 900) with 14 jets with taps, one end and one side panel for the tub, a double sink unit with drawers and taps, towel rail heater with matching valves, toilet with hidden cistern and 2 bidays all for £2700 which in my opinion is a right bargain.Would recommend everyone visits here when looking to update/replace their bathroom.Thanks for a great service Jimmy and all at Bathroom city!

Would not recommend. We were delivered a bath with no legs and the wrong tap for the sink. Not helpful when we tried to get the bath legs. Refused to apologise for it. Then we discovered the bath panel had the wrong set of screws with it so had to contact them again. One thing after another with poor customer service. We then needed a replacement loo seat because the first one cracked, I went back to them in hopes of not having to change the fixings but they sold me the wrong one even after looking at our original order.

I called Bathroom City and spoke to Jamie- I was looking for a shower glass that was an unusual size, my previous supplier has told me it was impossible to find. Jamie was knowledgeable, helpful and from speaking first time with Jamie to the delivery was the next day.This got scheduling back on track and really saved my bacon. Thank you so much Jamie!Absolutely recommend

Not a bad experience with Bathroom City, but it wasn't without problems.We ordered 4 sets of taps and 2o f the taps, (identical) were not provided with correct fittings (as per the diagram in the box) but a makeshift alternative. The plumber had to return over a week later (at exta cost to us of course) to refit using long hose instead of small hard pipes! Our plumber has never known this in 13 years of work. Bathroom City were helpful in sourcing an alternative, but it still seems strange that the correct parts, the plumber required AND the tapware instructions said you needed.

Prices are ok.Products are good and are delivered in a timely mannerHowever I am only giving 1 star due to the fact there is no aftercare service here.I brought a walking radiant shower 1300x 800 with an additional flipper.Installed as per instructions . Hinge holes showing for flipper. However the new flipper is just silicone on so no hinges .So anyway I managed to redo shower screen after cleaning alot of silicone to restart. Putting hinges hole into the flangeSo I wrote them a nice email so they could warn other customers that they are supplying different shower screen flippers now.No response.However after 2 months I thought I need an end shower screen to stop splashes. After an email their sales department rang me say yes for additional £260 they will deliver a screen and connecting support T bar.Great .Then after opening the new screen I noticed the Tbar is a different size original was a 20 mm new one a 30mm.So I rang up customer service and was told that I had to speak to the original sales person and they would email them to ring me.He rang me up and said yes it should had been the same size but he is just sales so please can I re ring customer service..So I spoke to to same person in customer service and they kept saying that these bars are which each delivery come with.I kept on saying can you please send out another 20mm or another 30 mm bar so I could get on with the install. Ie matching barsThe customer service person had no idea what I was on about even though they had both orders in front of them.Even though after speaking to the sales person who knew exactly what the problem wasThey said they would get back to me after speaking to the salesperson2 days later nothing .It's seems to me that the products are ok .The sales team know their stuff but customer service are non installers who have never had to deal with problems.So aboulute no customer service .If your are buying here I hope you are professional fitters because DIYers should stay clear.Over £900 spent with them and got treated to a run aroundSo actually I will advise to the stay well clear of this company unless you know you will not have any problems .

Vanity and tallboy furniture looks well built, delivery arrived as planned. Sink was broken on arrival. Customer service was brilliant. I could talk to a human being straight away. New sink arrived the following day. Would definitely recommend

bathroom city had help me resolve an wear and tear issue with my shower headset even though i purchased it after a long time. Kelly was superb with her response and super helpful as she resolved my issue within 10 mins of speaking! products are 10/10 and quality is better that better! thank you bathroom city and give kelly a promotion for employee of the years coming!Tarik

After being let down last minute I found myself searching google to find the bathroom items a customer of mine had requested and Jamie at Bathroom City was fantastic.He was knowledgeable and friendly and helped me without a second thought. I haven't ordered anything from this certain supplier before and was a little cautious but he put my mind at rest and reassure me the quality of the items were great.We will be using them a lot more in the future as a great supplier is hard to come by.
