I would just like to thank Harnce Heating & Plumbing for doing an excellent job replacing my leaky old Grant oil boiler with a shiny new Worcester one at a great price. From start to finish the service has been excellent and very professional and Josh and Neil were a pleasure to have in our home. I can thoroughly recommend them.

Our toilet valve needed replacing, and after been let down by another local plumber I WhatsApped HARNCE at 8pm last night to ask if it was something they could fix for me. Isla promptly messaged back and said they were in the area and could come 8:30am the following morning. Josh arrived on time and I presumed he would just have a look then get back to me, but he just replaced it there and then- no fuss, no mess, job done in an hour! I cannot recommend HARNCE enough, their excellent communication, promptness and quality of work is what other trades should aspire to be. Thankyou!!

Harnce kept me informed each step of the way for a repair I needed on an outside pipe.Informed me when the plumber was due to arrive and he was on time.The plumber was polite and professional and explained what the problem had been to cause the leak.Would recommend

We had Harnce in to fit some new radiators for us in two of our bedrooms and from start to finish they were fab. Efficient, friendly and very reasonably priced too. We will certainly be using them in the future and would highly recommend.

Whilst other heating and plumbing contractors were unable to send an engineer when my combination boiler failed, (some even gave me dates several months in the future!), Harnce fitted me in, at very short notice, and their engineer, who was very courteous, professional and efficient, turned up the next day and quickly identified and fixed the problem.

Highly recommend Harnace. We had a leaking pipe from within a wall behind a radiator. The team came out, assessed, and then fixed within a few days all with minimal damage to the wall (and a smile on their faces).They'll definitely be my first call the next time I need anyone.
