Excellent service from Carl. Prompt reply to my initial enquiry for servicing an electric dual control Aga. Arrived on time, very helpful, efficient, professional and friendly. After mentioning to him that the Aga wasn’t cooking as well as she used to he immediately knew what the problem was and fixed it. Reasonably priced and I will definitely call him for the next service.

Carl has done an amazing job on my Aga. It now looks brand new. He was professional and didn’t stop working the whole time he was here. He was very knowledgable and gave me some great advice on how best to use mine in the future. I’d highly recommend him for both a clean and a service .

Carl has serviced our AGA annually for the past few years. This year, due to rising fuel costs and not needing to use it as much, we hadn’t had it serviced or turned it on in October as we usually would. However, having all the family over for Christmas, we decided to fire it up to cope with the extra oven capacity required. Completely our own fault (because we left it until Christmas Eve morning!), but it wouldn’t light using the normal start up procedure. I messaged Carl, not expecting a reply, but in the hope to get some advice. Within an hour he was back to me. We set up a video call, he diagnosed the fault, and talked us through every step remotely in order to bypass the issue and manually light the AGA. This probably took near on 40 minutes … precious time on Xmas Eve that he gave to us. Honestly, this was over and above anything I expected. 24 hours to go and Christmas day was saved … panic over! I would not hesitate to recommend Carl to anyone and would not use anyone else. The professional service and competitive charge rates are second to none. Thank you Carl again, won’t be forgotten!
