Muffin Break
We went in the beginning of September during a heatwave, lovely chilled seating area, the BEST milkshake and frappe I have ever ordered, lovely friendly staff. Beats Starbucks or costa, felt more authentic.

Coffee was good. Unfortunately I had the chicken and almond flat bread with rocket. It looked nice but they heated it up and the rocket wilted and the flat bread was hard. It was served on a small saucer size plate which proved difficult to use the knife and fork with. It would have benefited from a small salad garnish and coke slaw side to make it lol more presentable and on a larger plate. The place itself was clean and the staff nice. The food was the let down which is why I could not give 5 star.

went in for with my ma, got the red velvet cake and the biscoff cheesecake with a pot of tea iirc. cheesecake was a touch sweet, probably would balance well with some coffee, while the red velvet was my mom's favourite. a touch expensive but good portions.

Stacey was lovely, she signed us up and got a free coffee out of it. Tea and cinnamon swirl was LOVELY! Huge wide range of delicious muffins :)

Muffin Break
This was my second visit. Came with a friend to have cake and coffee in the afternoon. The service was quite quick and the staff were very polite. Unfortunately I had to clean and clear the table. Used my own anti bacterial wipes. The coffee was tasty. The carrot cake was enjoyed by my friend and my muffin was flavoursome. My friend and I disliked the homeless people, who were walking around the tables, looking for left over food on the uncleared tables. Needs to be addressed as doesn't give a nice atmosphere for paying customers.

Very slow service, some of the staff seem to be in a coma. This place has only recently opened, maybe some staff on the job training is needed. It was quite busy and with the slow service and only having one till made the waiting time longer than it need be. We had a tuna sandwich and a bagel, nothing special, a bit overpriced for what it is. There are lots of coffee shops offering better service and more reasonable prices in Blackpool. Hopefully the service will improve to justify the prices.

Great staff. Great muffin. Really clean toilet and very spacious shop. Arrived here at around 3pm, all the smoothies were no longer available.
