Brilliant shopping experience.Yes, I gave you this review on my previous experience but, and it is a big, but I can not say this for my latest experience. I ordered flag stones and compost worth £800. The assistant explained that it would only arrive in Enniskillen the next week on Wednesday, and after she confirmed the delivery, she informed me they would deliver today, 31.03.20023. To receive a call at 1pm on the day of delivery to be told that it will only be done next week is unacceptable. Why didn't they call me on Wednesday to tell me the products weren't delivered... because of the arranged delivery we made arrangements which we now have to change. I am not a happy HF shopper today.

Not good quality at all for the price you paid. Bathroom unit cost alot splash back didn't fit with taps. Plus came cracked. Toilet seat came all chipped. Bath taps are awful shower tap that goes with bath have to turn it side ways so it doesn't weak over floor after use. Did message and ring but was told they would get back to me. But never!! Very disappointed!!!!
