Purchased a skim board made of carbon fibre. We had an issue with the board and spoke with the company owner, who listened to us and discussed things before resolving the matter. Excellent customer service from a small company which makes all of the difference.

Wow! Caroline opened up specially for us as we couldn't get down in the week. Service was exceptional. Such a kind genuine person. Came away with 3 well fitting wetsuits and a wonderful generous gift for my son. Can't fault it. Exceptional.
