I came home from a Night shift to a nightmare when my combi boiler suddenly stopped working, bearing in mind I have a 1 year old baby.I knew I needed a new boiler because it was over 10 years old so I googled to find out the best boilers out there which was Worcester boilers by Bosch and I googled who fitted them which is when I found Warm For Life. They had the best reviews and were local.I spoke to Russ and explained the emergency situation that I have no heating or hot water and I have a 1 year old baby. Russ was really understanding and told me he would fit the new boiler on the very same day. Literally within an hour Russ sent Rick over to get started on the job whilst Russ and Mark were finishing their previous job.Rick came over and was really respectful of my house and property. He put mats down everywhere not to cause damage or a mess. Rick talked me through the whole process whilst doing the job. I really liked Rick as a person, we had a good chat and I liked how he was a family oriented man like myself.Russ and Mark came later. Russ showed me the phone app for the boiler. I explained to Russ where I would ideally want boiler control to be and amazingly he figured out the best way to wire the control into the Hallway. Which required bedroom floorboards to be lifted and the ceiling drilled. He really knew his stuff and talked me through what he was doing as I expressed I had an interest to learn so I could do DIY in the future.At the end, Mark made sure to go through everything with me again to make sure I understood. Such as showing me the app, and explaining how the boiler needs servicing once at least once a year to ensure I'm eligible for the 10 year guarantee.I also had some old car brake discs which I needed to get rid of, which Mark offered to take them away as a favour. Which was really appreciated!Overall, the guys were absolutely lovely, respectful and knew what they were doing. They cleared up their mess. I would 100% recommend them. They're real professionals and family oriented people you don't mind inviting into your family home.

Had boiler fitted few years ago by warm for life and serviced each year by them .They are very good and react quickly if there is a problem ....cannot fault them

Warm for Life fitted our boiler some years ago and after installing it we initially used cheaper companies to service our boiler - Not anymore. They may not be the cheapest but you can rely on their work, they come back to resolve any issues, are always polite, friendly and courteous. A company that you can rely on and who do provide value for money by doing a thorough and exemplary job.

I had some issue with my boiler (water dripping in Tundish) so contacted Warm For Life - their response was really quick and sent an engineer to check really quickly. The engineer, Pete had a look and diagnosed the issue quickly and accurately, and sorted out in a couple of days. The service was professional and all the staff were really kind. The cost was reasonable and sensible and I'm really happy with the service. I will definitely use Warm For Life if I have any issue with my boiler again - strongly recommend!

Had 2 new radiators and other work carried out. Excellent communication re appointment and through out visit. Turn up on time and respect your property (all floor surfaces covered to protect them). I would definitely recommend.

We looked at different quotes for our new boiler and was recommended warm for life from a family member who had used th twice before.From the start Russ was very helpful and came to have a discussion on what we wanted and looked at all the different options. We then received our quote and it was only slightly more than others but given the professionalism and reassurance we received compared to others it was an easy decision.Throughout the whole process it was made easy also with the messaging service this was nice to have for any question thoughout. We had a little issue with our thermostat talking to the boiler but a quick message to them and someone popped over and it was sorted, I couldn't ask for better service.Thank you to all the warm for life team. Would highly recommend.

Rang Warm for Life with possible fault to gas boiler.Straight away they new what the problem was,and arranged to come out and fix the problem.The repair was done the following day, and boiler is now working fine.Excellent service by a very professional company.Many thanks

Excellent from the first contact via the website to the completion of my annual service. My previous boiler engineer had sadly closed his business so I was keen to find a company who were local and professional and Worcester Bosch accredited. Warm for Life have an excellent and easy to use website. Pete was friendly and professional. I've joined the annual service scheme and feel happy that I am in safe hands if anything happens to the boiler. Very highly recommended.
