Buying a car with Carshop was a really good experience. Jordan was our salesperson and he was great at explaining all the steps. No hard sell, and everything to help us get the car we wanted. We would definitely use them again.

Great ambiance and a variety of clean cars to choose from. Harry was really detailed and patiently gave answers to all our queries, even when we were waiting at to be attended by the business manager, they were kind to check in to make sure we were comfortable. Overall great experience. They tell you what is available but also allow you make your decision.

The team were fantastic. I reserved my car online, paid for it to be transferred where it arrived in just 2 days. Ben was amazing, gave me a tour of the car and a test drive, talked through all my options. Tony then sorted all the payment side out and explained all the options and packages in a very clear easy to understand way. The best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend going to get your next car from CarShop! I’ll definitely be going back!

My PCP agreement was dealt with by Tim Nott and Sam Drew and my wife and I couldn't be happier with the service we received. They were both very clear throughout every stage of our agreement and was very accommodating. Definitely received a service above and beyond our expectations. Initial impressions were good, salesman Johnny took me through the process, gave me cars to look over, arranged for final car to be brought to Bristol from Wakefield. However the experience was marred by the hard sell on extra packages on day of collection. The expectation is that the customer WILL buy the extra cover even if they don't want it, it took a lot of insistence on my part to get it removed. Also the car had not been cleaned before I picked it up.Yes, the prices are good and there is a lot of choice, but not sure if I will use them again

I purchased a 2018 Qashqai at £16,750 I collected the car and I drove the car 1 mile and the engine started to smoke and the car went to limp mode. I called car shop and explained that the car had broken down after me driving it away less than 1 hour ago. The guys on the phone point blank refused to help me, told me to get it recovered myself as I did not purchase the optional extra. They then said cant you drive it here. They then said they would be shut by the time I would get it there and to leave the car unlocked and put the key inside somewhere.Let me remind you 1 hour I had this car. They were happy to leave me stranded in the cold.On inspection I could see my coolant empty, a pipe looking slightly worse for wear and obviously it was smoking. I paid to get my car recovered, the guys who took the call left no detailed hand over, so when I called in the morning, they had no idea about the issue. Later in the day they (head technician took the car on a test drive and found nothing wrong with the car. On me lifting the bonnet to show the mechanic what I believed was wrong he then gave his opinion. Of course I have asked for my money back but they aren’t too interestedFirstly, why wasn’t the car checked before handed over, secondly how could a mechanic not find the issue?Secondly, why were the staff so rude?Thirdly, why was it my responsibility to get the car recovered?Fourthly, why do you not call back when agreedAvoid like the plague.I eventually got a refund on the condition I removed my poor review. His words were “he would see what he could do if I removed my review there and then. So I removed the review got my money back far longer thAn promised so I thought I would repost my review.

Found the experience was what I expected, pleased with my purchase, staff were friendly. My only disappointments were that there was no Ford Owners manual with the car, which for a vehicle in such good condition with that low mileage for the year, I would have expected it to be there, also when I picked the vehicle up, there was only 44 miles of fuel in there! Whilst I understand they need to make as much profit as they can, 100miles of diesel left in a tank gives reassurance to the driver driving around a strange city trying to find a fuel station! 3 year warranty I took out seems a good deal, time will tell.

Lovely experience at Bristol car shop, pleasantly surprised how relaxed and easy it was to part exchange my car.My salesman Ben Whiteman was extremely helpful and reassuringly with a friendly manner. As someone who is not used to larger car showrooms, I felt at ease and confident I was getting a good service and love my new car!

Had a great service from Ben.w and Tony and of course not forgetting Jacob. .looked at several different cars and came away with a Ford fiesta. Really enjoying the car nice to drive and good on fuel . Ben went above and beyond to help .as did Tony. Thanks guys ..
