I ordered a patio set.It came on the day it was meant to, I got a call confirming eta that morning and another 15 mins before arrival.Goods were as advertised, so all in all I was very happy with the product, company and delivery.I would recommend this company to my friends and family.Very happy.

Had four patio sets delivered and installed just over a year ago and after inspecting them this year found out that on all the slabs the colouring is starting to disappear, as their already in place there's nothing l can do now, so the light brown and light cream coloured patios l've built are both turning light grey. Was going to order two more sets but not at their present quality.Might have to think about a online small claim if quality continues to deteriorate this year.

The reason you have three stars from me is the simple fact you did not communicate that once again my stone wasn’t being delivered i was let down Friday but was told I was fine with that. and promised it on the Monday it didn’t show up and no call we had to ring you with a promise of a delivery first thing today. It’s only just been delivered. These things happen I can accept that as inconvenient as it is but please let people know where they stand at all times, I had people arranged to move it for me and cancelled them 3 times.

Been using these guys for years and years, great staff, some I now know as friends, always helpful with my landscaping business, great range of products, reasonably priced and great delivery. Wouldnt dream of using another suppliers!

Their lorry crashed into me in their yard and then drove off out of the yard which is a criminal offence. Management didn't apologise. They just took my email. Then emailed me later saying it my fault when he drove into me. The only one that was helpful was the forklift driver, who apologised and gave us some duct tape and helped tape the wing mirror back on. Unbelievable.

Bought 67 blue black paving slabsOne very dark up to the rest ,so their quailty control is very poor.Manager said i would have to pay for a replacement ,had no choice so paid up ,but wont ever be back.

Ordered 55 patio stones and all delivered on time. Decided to do another 2 rows so when and bought some more at the shop. Unfortunately they were the wrong colour compared to the rest.10 or day days past and I went back over to see them and they only had a few left. The lady there ordered some more down from the other building (I think) and said come back in a few days and she and another chap were happy to just let me do a like for like swap.I now have stone all the same colour and they were more than happy to help the customer out.5 star!
