Went for brothers 19th birthday and we were told it was suitable for adults and would be challenging and fun… safe to say a 3 year old could have done it! Not challenging at all and we were made to feel like kids.. the staff didn’t seem like any of them really knew what planet they were living on let alone what they were doing..toilets looked like they had never been cleaned with poo on walls (what happened to hygiene) and footprints from where people had clearly been kicking the walls..none of us could focus on the escape room because all we could hear was screaming kids. Most rooms had no challenges at all… one we literally just sat on the floor covering our ears? The only good part of it was the laser room where you can’t touch the lasers but even then the guide walked straight through them after!! The slide was ok at the end but with steps to get too- that we’re so high and thin, it could actually be a major health and safety risk… and then nobody said goodbye or anything or asked what we thought after… we all just left in silence. If you’ve been to an escape room before somewhere else, you will be disappointed. They need major improvement and training on customer service. Shouldn’t be saying it’s suitable for adults when it’s not.. bunch of money grabbers

Game of 2 halves. Spy mission part was excellent, but the party area was far too small for larger kids parties and the food was terrible. None of the kids ate the food and i was told nothing else could be offered. 3 pale nuggets, or 1 quarter of pizza served with half cooked soggy oven chips is not acceptable. They must throw more food away than is eaten. The toilets were filthy and the floor was so thick with grease, the kids were sliding everywhere, with one girl actually slipping down the stairs onto her back. Sadly, we wont be returning or recommending this venue. Definitely not worth what we paid per child. Do not be misled by the glossy website pictures.

2 hour party booked, kids had all finished in 1 hour 10 so had to work out how to keep the party guests entertained for the remaining 50 minutes

My 10 year old loved it. As a 60+ Nanny, the crawling through tunnels wasn't great but I did it!!

This is a review of 2 halves, I took my 7 year old to a birthday party here, it's located in a rundown industrial area unit, the decor is nautically themed, but basic and cheaply done, the staff were unengaging and disinterested, and the food beige with no vitamins in sight, I thought little effort has been made and the place was pretty awful. However my 7 year old enjoyed the activity, lasers, pressing buttons and a slide; then again a group of 7 year olds would have fun in a bare room

It has a carpark! Customer service was a bit lacking, and the building was cold. The concept is great, and the mission was fun and enjoyed very much by a party of 7 year old boys.

The booking process is poor at best! If you have to call, expect to have to ring over 20 times for them to say, “I’ll call you back to confirm if we’re available”. They won’t call back. I’m thankful they didn’t having now looked at the reviews. Shut down, it would be less effort for you.

The kids love this place. We have been to a few parties before, and the kids rave about it.So I booked it for my youngest son. Price was not bad, the food was OK. Very cold inside. But the staff were lovely and very helpful, we even had a bit of banter with them.If you need to change your booking, be aware that you'll have to call at least 3 times before the call is answered. There is no answer machine, and when you do get through and tell them, they will fob you off and say someone will call you back and never will..So when we got there, they had no idea we wanted to add 1 extra child, but the staff at the venue were very understanding and accommodating. Very happy with the place and staff, just not the helpline staff.

The toilets were vile and had clearly never been cleaned for at least a month, the place was filthy... however, my 10 year old enjoyed the experience and so did I. Our host was engaging and appeared to be very friendly. My daughter really enjoyed the lazers and putting the smoke machine on to have another go. It's definitely not for adults and is overpriced, but for a city centre attraction with free parking, it was good. I think we were lucky as it was not busy and only one other group infront of us, but I absolutely wouldn't risk eating there from the state of the toilets. Overall, for the experience itself my daughter had a lovely time! 4 stars based on the fact that if I hadn't seen what the toilets looked like, it would have been fine!

Took our girls (4&5) here after we had done an escape room which they loved. Figured with this being more child orientated it should be great. Not sure when child focused became an excuse for lack of quality. The building is essentially a big shed filled with grey dry wall. There was a little girl having a birthday party in what looked like a prison canteen, which we sat and waited in until being hustled into the 'experience'. You have a guide with you, whose sole purpose is to check the next room to make sure you're not overlapping with the group in front like a game of mini golf. At one point we had to sit and type numbers into a console for about 10 minutes. This 'puzzle' was not a challenge, just a time delay until we were free to move on. One of the big draws is the fact there are lasers that need dodging. Being asked how many lasers do you think you hit" at the end pretty much sums up the entire experience. We've done dozens of escape rooms and interactive events. Never have we experienced something so lazily slapped together. £70 for my kids to sit in a chair flicking light switches on and off while we wait for the next room to clear isn't my idea of a great interactive experience. I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Avoid
