Horrible experience, no client serviceBeen trying to reach them since oct 2016 for an invoice, send many mails and called many times and still no invoice for our accountability. Every time they tell me it will arrive within 5 minutes and I never received it. On top of that the communications cost me more than 10€.So frustrating...

Terrible customer service - do not use!! Was provided a damaged good and have emailed 3 times and called once and am yet to receive a satisfactory response - will update if problem is resolved but highly doubt it.

We recently used them to purchase a dining room table after searching for a month for the right size and style for our living room. I was a little sceptical at first as I hadn't heard of the company and spending a considerable amount of money but everything was above our expectation. The delivery was super quick, assembly of the table took less than 30 minutes (with clear instructions), and the table itself is great quality. We did have one issue with the order but I contacted customer service and everything was resolved within an hour of emailing, this is why I've kept the rating at 5 stars.
