Excellent Experience from start to finish. We have been looking for our next family car for the last 6 months and our expectations were unusual to say the least; we wanted a 7 seater that felt luxurious, we wanted value for money in both purchase and running costs and we wanted a finance deal that did not feel like we were being robbed. We also wanted to be able to use our car for UK Holiday Travel and not feel crammed in by our luggage! We only came across LKC Motors via an internet search and I am very happy we did. The Skoda Kodiaq we saw on the site was as described when we viewed it and Jason couldn’t be more helpful, he was supportive without being intrusive and he allowed us to get to know the vehicle through a test drive where me and my wife were encouraged to take it out for a thorough inspection on our own. When we returned to the garage there were no pressure tactics on trying to sell the car, it was just questions regarding how we felt about the experience. Needless to say, even after researching other similar cars, we decided to return and purchase this one. It was the best value and it ticked all of our boxes. Buying a car can be stressful, however, our experience here has been the best I have ever had in over 33 years of driving. Thank you to Jason and the Team for a seamless, and can I say, enjoyable experience. Not all car salesman are cowboys, every once in a while you meet a real star!

Very pleased with everything and everyone at LKC Motors. Not pushy at all, genuine and honest regarding the car I bought, BMW X5...car is stunning and also gave me a decent price for my trade in. Jason, the guy I dealt with was superb and I cant praise any of them high enough. 100% confidence with these guys and would definitely use again when the time comes.

Phoned garage and asked if car was for sale and condition. “Yes the car is for sale and condition is very good I wish all the cars we had were this good it’s been very well looked after showroom condition”. Drove to the showroom and 3 hours later arrived to look at the car. Worst example I have ever seen. More scratches and dents than a 30 year old car, paint flaking off outside trim grills and badges. Awful paint gouges panted over with a brush. Interior mouldy and damp smelling like it had gone through a river. Typical car salesman pitch it’s amazing and obviously not pathetic excuse for a garage. Only way to sell the car would be to a blind person. If you want a shabby battered car then go here !!!!!!!!!

After speaking to several BMW main dealers I came across a car advertised by these guys. I’m so glad I did. Everything about them was excellent. No trying to upsell everything from Leather Care, Ceramic coating to Finance. (Something the BMW dealers see more interested in than actually selling the car). I dealt with Jason, who was a true professional. He kept me informed throughout, was extremely helpful and went the extra mile and sorted all my tax swap, log book and private registration transfer. I’m over the moon with my new car and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend LKC. I’m sure I will be back in a couple of years for my next car. Thanks everyone at LKC
