Brought 3 tops checked for tags got home washed 2 on the own put the 3rd one In as a dark colour and had a tag on it but the alarm did not go off a member of the store was by the door now got to go back

Plenty of free parking right outside in Retail park. Quite large selection of mens clothing at reasonable prices, found what I wanted. Also, have quite a bit of home ware and ended up getting bath towel also. General shop area is bright, clean and airy. Checkout didn't take long , good to see they have paper bags rather than plastic.

In this shop you can find nice clothes. However, the service in this specific location was very disappointing. We wanted to be served in the till because we had quite a few items, but the person serving asked us if we were paying by cash or card. The moment we said we were paying by card they told us to go to the self service till. The store was not busy and there was no queue so we found this gesture very rude.

Parking outfront with children and disabled bays. Large store. Great range of clothing. Prices have gone up alot. One staff member seems to be very loud have a conversation across the store. Been in a few times and the woman has been doing this. I would understand if was actually about work. But it's not.Not everyone likes to use self checkouts. I seen a elderly lady asking to use manned tills and she was told to use self check out. No staff helped her. A young woman on the next check out ended helping her.

Lovely service from Heytham, he kindly helped us giving advices on luggage’s as we were unsure what’s best, so professional and amazing customer service. Happy customer and will go Matalan again for any luggage purchase as they are great quality and customer service is top notch

As always, great deals to be found in this shop. It is very suitable, especially before the summer holidays.We visited on a weekend day, and we had plenty of parking spaces to choose from. Great deals on site and very friendly and helpful staff
