Everything went perfectly with this repair. One of my 8 year old Phonak aids had stopped working. Boots contacted Phonak, who said it was too old for them to repair. After some online searching I came across the Mary Hare service, went ahead with the very clearly set out process, and received the aid back dead on time in less than a week. Oh, and it's now working again! Altogether wonderful, and at very modest cost. Thanks to everyone involved.

Quick and efficient repair on my Starkey hearing aidAfter my Scrivens hearing aid maintenance contract ended I was on my own for repairs...unless I bought a new pair - OF COURSE..When my Starkey right hand hearing aid went dead I sent it by post to Hearing Aid Repair shop. They quickly repaired it and sent it back to.So a year later my left hearing aid is distorted. I sent it To HARS 5 days later its back, it's perfect just like new. And my maintenance costs are only £120 pa !. Cheaper than the maintenance contract with Scrivens.Thank you Hearing Aid Repair - keep up the good work.

At the beginning of this year I contacted the Hearing Aid Repair Shop and received some amazing customer service from Dorothy in relation to repairs to my fathers hearing aids. A couple of weeks ago, I contacted the Hearing Aid Repair Shop and was assisted by Gary who offering solutions that enabled us to resolve the considerable problem my father was facing. The customer service that we received on both occasions was outstanding. I get the impression that great service and providing solutions are what HARS are all about. You might not be able to see the hearing aids but the smiles in the picture should tell you how happy Dad is and how happy I am that he can function again with all of your help.Thank You so very much.

Absolutely excellent service' turnaround was very quick, price of repair very reasonable. Not only am I happy but also the long haired general who no longer has to call me numerous times :-)

Excellent 5* Service! They have fixed my 17 year old hearing aid (analogue) and received it a later week. I can’t get on with the digitals. I recommend HARS. Their communication was easy and quick. I will definitely use their service again. Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic 1st class service. I have had my hearing aids repairs by a few different repairers but HARS are 100% the best, they even managed to repair one of my aids after my dog got hold of it and chewed a piece out of it. I cannot recommend them enough.

What service ! rang and spoke to Dorothy this morning, to give her the go ahead to carry out the repair. I advised her I was away after tomorrow until next Wednesday, so if it was repaired before then to hold until then.Looked at my emails at 5pm today, to be advised repairs carried out and will be delivered by 1pm tomorrow. What a Company!!
