Don't place online orders without phoning the shop first to check stock and confirm your order had been received!I placed an online order on 01/10/22 which was paid for and a confirmation email received. Since then I've heard nothing from the shop despite reaching out to them on the advertised contact number. On the 12/10/22 I drove a significant distance to visit the shop in person to be told the item wasn't in stock and that I needed to drive back the following day to speak to the manager about it - despite being an online transaction.I can't afford to drive 30 mile round trips and take days off work for poor customer service. Left my phone number and [UPDATE] was contacted the next day informing me the online order wasn't received and a was given the option of a cash refund (costing me another 30 mile trip) or a refund via direct bank transfer which I received immediately.
