Thankyou to spire on the buying and selling of our homes.. receptionist very helpful and our solicitor David Persival very friendly helpful went that extra bit to help us and put our minds at rest when we thought we had lost our new home because our seller kept telling us they were going to pull out of the sale of there home to us because it was taking too long .. he kept me sane and helped us through this tough time in our life .. at the same time I was going through the loss of my father David thankyou from us both .we are so happy in our new home at potters bar dereham . I have to say I was disgusted by my dealings with Spire. I was not happy with the price charged for the work received, or my perception of their lack of attention to detail. My complaint apparently got lost, so I started to receive threats of court proceedings whilst believing the matter was being looked into. Response when finally received was not satisfactory. Have subsequently heard of many others unhappy with service at Spire. Wish I'd known that previously : (
