Why Not Hairdressing
I never write reviews but I want to share my disappointing experience at this salon in the hope that it will help others make an informed decision. While I visited the salon to treat myself, I left feeling disrespected and humiliated. The stylist was extremely rude. She snapped at me every time I asked a question and got extremely angry at me when I mentioned that my hair looked a bit messy.To make things worse, I was charged extra 10 pounds for having “long and thick hair”, which seemed a bit unjustified to me and was never the case in other salons. Nevertheless, I don’t mind paying more at all especially if a person is being nice in explaining the policy to me. But when I inquired on the extra charge she full on snapped at me!!While my hair turned out okay in the end, the way I was treated overshadowed the outcome. As consumers, we expect to be treated with kindness and respect, especially when we pay for a service. Unfortunately, that was not the case for me at this salon. I would caution others to consider their options before choosing to visit this establishment.

Why Not Hairdressing
I have asked for dry hair cut it order to shorten my hair by 5cm nothing fancy. It was performed on 16.02 at 15:30 by senior stylist Amir but the result seems to be conducted by amateur: pieces stick out in places. And on top of it I was charged (as per manager Marco opinion) for long hair cut but mine was shoulder length at the beginning . Would not recommend to anyone!

I had a very positive experience at Why Not Hairdressing for my hair color. Been there twice and it turned amazing both times. Amir did a fantastic job on my hair giving me beautiful color with highlights, exactly as i wanted . I highly recommend him and the salon!

Bea is incredible! I knew I needed a change but didn't really know how to ask for what I wanted, but Bea was really patient and discussed everything with me. She told me what would work best for my hair type and did an amazing job! She is so talented and has amazing creative vision. Would definitely recommend! :)

I am a regular customer since 2 years and I am always satisfied with the results.Today I decided to change my haircut and I asked the hairdresser for advice, who perfectly understood my needs and recommended a haircut that really suits me.The haircut is perfect, it looks great on me and makes me feel better. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing.He also gave me advice on how to care for it.I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a professional and personalized haircut.Thank you!

Inflexible and bad business.I have been to this place quite a lot of times over 7 years. They require a deposit in advance (fair enough) but when I notified them a day before asking to rearrange an appointment, no flexibility whatsoever was shown. I had been called out of London due to work reasons and wanted to move the appointment by two days, not even to cancel.As a result I will never go here again. They keep a £15 deposit but will lose out on about £150-200 of business a year. Doesn't seem very smart to me.

I am using this since last year 2022,and Sam is perfect, I like it she's my no.1 do my hair in Victoria. The haircut is perfect. But she's only work Sunday..wish she can work weekdays. ♥️♥️

I was visiting London near Westminster from the US and I brought my hair dryer and curler with me, thinking I could plug them in using my adapter. I almost set the hotel room on fire and was in a bind as it was the night before our professional family photo shoot and I hadn’t washed my hair in a week. I was calling around frantically to see if someone could help get me in for a hair appointment to wash, blow dry, and style my hair and I called Why Not Hairdressing. They were kind, courteous, and accommodating and were able to get me in for their last appointment and saved the day! It’s a cute salon, everyone is nice, very clean, and they do an amazing job. Marga did an excellent job making me look gorgeous and our photos came out fantastic! I highly recommend this salon and I will definitely be back next time I am in London!

I recently visited Alex for a haircut, and I have to say, he's amazing! As an Asian with stubborn hair, I've had trouble finding a hairdresser who can handle my hair type, but Alex knew exactly what to do. He's skilled, knowledgeable, and has a great eye for detail. He took the time to listen to what I wanted, and also gave me his professional opinion on what would look best on me.The Saloon is clean and hygienic. Prices are reasonable as well!Definitely gonna be a regular!
