I can promise you the people who run this company are not scammers! Not in my experience anyway. They were wonderfully welcoming, knowledgeable and nothing but helpful!If you are like me, entering a completely new overwhelming world of a thousand masks, different tubing and a million different varieties of cpap machines, you are not alone!Sleep tight can help (especially if your like me based outside of London and there isnt many!)I was fed up with spending hundreds of pounds trying mask after mask and not finding the right one for me!For £20 (cleaning costs) they will let you try as many masks as you want.No more spending a fortune trying on different masks. Excellent customer service - super friendly and helpful. We turned up in desperate need of a CPAP machine and despite being unexpected and outside of normal working hours they went out of their way to get us what we needed. We will definitely shop with them again for the parts/spares we need in the future.

Scammers!Don't waste your money and time unnecessarily.I placed an order 1.5 months ago and I still haven't received anything, the worst part is that they don't respond to the messages I send them on their platform.

Recently I purchased a basic sleep apnea CPAP from this company. Although in the scheme of things it was a relatively small purchase, I found Sleep Tight not only to be extremely knowledgeable but amazingly customer focused and helpful! A company that looks after even “small” customers like myself so well must give confidence to larger organizations that their needs will be similarly handled.

Great shop, one of the few places that's not London where I could get a simple connector to allow oxygen to be ported to my CPAP machine. Henry who answered the phone to me informed me it was in stock and that I could pick it up same day. Cheap part but huge benefit to me.
