Carol completely ruined a brand new dress that I asked her to shorten. She left it 4 inches too long at the front and too short at the back In places with a very uneven hem. I returned to have the front re- shortened and made even to the sides, but it still dips!I’m very cross at her attitude, I didn’t even get an apology! She charged £36 to shorten 2 dresses. I got a refund for the one she’s ruined and the other doesn’t look like she’s touched it. It’s still as long as the length on the label and exactly the same length too long for me! The ruined dress was expensive. I’ll be taking this to the small claims court I’m afraid!
