I joined Alina six months ago and I haven't looked back!My background is in Engineering and Technical recruitment, and so while I had to put my Company on hold in these troubling times, I needed something to keep the pennies coming in, but I wanted to do something worthwhile - hence I applied for care work with Alina. My only concern was that I had absolutely no experience - only on a personal level with caring for sick or elderly relatives. So I emailed Alina's HR to ask them not to be put off by my CV in the first instance!! They didn't email me - they did better than that - I got a phone call! I was then interviewed on the phone quite comprehensively and was so pleased to be offered a position. Being in the recruitment business, I was very pleased to see their reference and DBS processes are extremely rigorous!I needed flexible hours in order for me to dedicate time to my Recruitment business - and the management staff at Alina Bristol South have always been as accommodating as can be. I have been supported and encouraged through my journey with Alina - I am now undertaking my Health & Social Care Diplomas and with Alina's Academy have access to a wide range of courses being offered online to all employees.I am also impressed that our Management team are very discerning when recruiting Care Workers - attitude and personality are also key which has meant that the branch is growing on very firm foundations. The team of Care Workers we have at Bristol South are incredibly supportive of each other and with Jade and Katie's continuing praise and guidance it is a privilege to be able to make a difference for those who need us most.If you are looking for your next step, or even a new step, as a Carer, or you want to discuss quality home care tailored to you, then look no further.

Love the Management Team and how they cater for the needs of their Carer’s, they are never completely left on their own because they always communicate on how things are going during their time with the client. Highly Recommend!

I have been with Alina Homecare since January and i can honestly say they are the best care firm i have ever worked for! within a month of my employment i was promoted to ambassador, which made me feel great that management could see my ways of working and they believed in me, with previous firms it took a long time to get any recognition so to have some so soon after being employed was lovely! The support from management and the rest of my colleagues is just incredible! Management go above and beyond and always ensure their staff are well looked after, we are not just another number to them! I have been working for Alina around 2months and it’s been awesome , the support and help we get from the management team it just wonderful doesn’t matter the day or the time they are always there for you, and the carers make up a great time and always stand for each other, I am so thankful, just can’t ask for more
