I went here to buy some helium balloons and they had a great selection and they were well priced. They blew them up there and then and sorted a bag to carry them in. The shop is run by a lovely husband and wife team. They also did luggage storage at a much more reasonable rate than other places I looked at (£2 for the day at the time of this review) which is way cheaper than other luggage lockers / left luggage places.

Excellent customer service. I wanted to surprise my wife for her birthday and we were staying at the NYX hotel, I rang up and Vijay said he would deliver the balloons to our room as it was only a few minutes away.It was the perfect surprise for her, thank you so much! Highly recommend

I was very pleased with flexibility and excellent service in getting passport picture done for my newborn. They had me take a picture at home so that I didn’t have to cause any distress the baby. They reviewed over 10 of my photos and guided me on how to get a better passport photo. In the end I had a shadow in the picture and they were able to get rid of it. Really appreciate their service.

AVOID THIS STORETerrible customer service, sold me a faulty gas canister & refused to give me a refund. Surely this is against all basic consumer rights. Receipt provided & proof item was unused.I was told they don’t take responsibility & it’s my job to follow it up with the manufacturer. I’m now £50 out of pocket & need to waste more time trying to contact the manufacturer. They could have easily issued my refund & returned the faulty product to their supplier.Avoid this store & purchase from a reputable store.

Just bought a Spiderman balloon for 12.99 to come home and It’s already deflating… these are for tomorrow, so thanks for wasting my money! The smaller balloon with number 8 is still fine.

Great selection of helium balloons in central London and good prices. Open early so you can go the day of your event. Lovely couple who will fill the balloons for you at no extra cost. Very much recommend!

Customer Service is second to none. I ordered 90 helium filled balloons the day before required, Vjay was so helpful and their prices were extremely reasonable.Unfortunately, I had to cancel my order due to unforeseen circumstances on the morning of the event which left me feeling very deflated and embarrassed for “time wasting”. However they assured us that it was no trouble and cancelled the order which no quibble.Would definitely use in the future wherever possible!
