We have just exchanged contracts and will complete our sale in two weeks. It’s taken just over four months from offer to completion.We just wanted to say how happy we are with using the Whitstable office of Wards. There was good communication from the office throughout the initial process but Maria Meddings our sales progressor has absolutely gone above and beyond to ensure that exchange happened within what became a very tight deadline at the end.
