Having purchased a motorhome 10 weeks ago we headed straight off to Spain. Purchase experience was straight forward and easy. While away came across a few problems but after speaking to Peter and Paul on arrival back in the UK the required parts were ready and waiting for us and fitted immediately under their warranty.Excellent service all round with exceptional communication.You can buy from these guys with confidence.

Checked out a 200k motorhome. The muppet salesman just trotted off and took a call in his office and left us to it, which was fine as I don't particularly like loppy salesmen anyone... and the van was junk for the money. Go to Southdown Motorhomes if you want to deal with professionals. They have a great range of quality vehicles... not beaten up old dogs.

We are very pleased with the recent purchase of our Deffletts Trend Just 90 Motorhome from 4Front Motors.We were given a lot of time to wander round and check out the various vehicles that were of interest before deciding on the one that ticked all the boxes for us.The whole process of obtaining finance and part exchanging our old model was very professionally handled by Alin who carefully explained everything that was involved and was very patient in answering all of our numerous questions. We feel the px value was fair.The hand over process was also professional and thorough with the Road Tax being completed online in Alin’s office and all the documentation explained and completed.It was reassuring to know that our vehicle had gone through a habitation check before they would release the vehicle and that any potential issues dealt with before we took possession.The engineer, Paul spent a long time with us explaining and demonstrating the operation of the various aspects of the vehicle and answering all of our numerous questions. He too was exceedingly patient as I can be a bit of a nightmare when parting with our cash!We were given a starter pack that contained some very useful items for our Motorhome.Communication throughout the process has been excellent and it gave us great confidence in dealing with this very professional company and at no time did we feel pressured into making this very large purchase.

I sold my 3rd motorhome to these guys today simple great service. Gave a fair price inline if not better than part exchange, a bit like we buy any car but unlike them they have always paid the agreed price without trying you knock me down when collected or delivered. I delivered it today and got a lift back to the train station. Great service 3 times and better price then local dealers no messing around.

Went for a look around to get some ideas for a new campervan, finished up selling our motorhome and buying a campervan, with the layout we were looking for.At time of writing this review am waiting for collection after service etc .Staff very good and knowledgeable as to our requirements.

We visited to start our journey into finding a new motorhome. Even though we didn't have an appointment, Pete took us around the site, giving us access to several motorhomes that were of interest. His knowledge was impressive and very helpful in guiding us. We hope to come back in the future to buy.

Mixed experience here. Had good pre sales service. Good advice and no pressure to buy, in fact the salesman went to some lengths to make sure we were convinced the van was right for us. However, had a few issues with the van and there was a bit of reluctance to fix them. In particular, the air con lost its gas. They topped it up but said it was normal for it to need regassing every year in the spring, which is nonsense. Having to pay another garage to fix the leak now. Also needed the tracking corrected and they did not pay for that even though in warranty.

Visited to compare motorhomes with camper vans as intending to buy one next year so looking at the different options we can consider. We helped by a lovely chap called Pete who showed us the vans we wanted to look at and included a wild card which was the one we thought would work best for our needs! We had told Pete we were buying that day but that made no difference to how we were treated. So much to think about but we will be back!

I purchased my Hymer motorhome from 4front last month. Can't fault the service I received. The handover was comprehensive I left feeling very confident for my drive home to the south west.
