Very good quality work - we are delighted with our new windows. Excellent customer service too, we always received prompt responses and Mortice & Green were very accommodating of our requests. Would definitely recommend!

I can only recommend Mortice and Green.Costumer service is very professional and prompt.The sash windows I ordered are hight quality (wood, glass, energy and accoustic efficient) with an attention to details. They provided the victorian style I wanted.The team is friendly and looking forward to work with them in an other project.

Slash windows were installed but really bad quality. They did not close properly at the time and they did not find a solution for this / refund any money. Super expensive but poor quality! Also the paint/wood etc is already peeling off. Definitely do not recommend this company!

Cannot fault the service always received from Mortice & Green - very professional, responsive in communications and beautifully flexible when needed! We had an issue with a ground floor level sash window that was threatening to compromise security over the weekend, which just will not do! Mortice and Green were lifesavers with a quick rejig of their schedules a Saturday morning visit was agreed and all was good in the land again! Thank you!

Really excellent work. The company was reliable, the personnel highly professional, and the site left very clean and tidy. The replacement/repaired windows are beautiful. The customer service was fantastic. I was nervous about the job given the large sums involved (14 windows in very poor condition) but am really pleased with the results.

From initial contact to the final installation everything was perfect. We were very impressed at the thorough installation process and advice given, this gave us great confidence prior to the job starting. The two installers arrived with a senior manager and everything went very well. The two installers were very friendly and tidied up very well after each day. The way in which the old single glazed wooden windows are lead piping has been replicated is superb. The final product is very impressive and we are both delighted with the new windows in our lounge. All in all I would 100% recommend this firm!!!

I cannot recommend this company more highly. The team was unfailingly polite, punctual, and very professional with a great attention to detail. Very respectful of my property and always cleaned up after the days work. Any questions I had were always dealt with and I was kept informed about work in progress. I received excellent service from Mortice & Green from the site visit to the delivery and installation ofseveral wooden sash windows for a Grade II Listed building in Islington. They also renovated windows that could be renovated and the result is draft proof windows that are a delight to open and close. The new windows are all of the correct Lambs Tongue profile, beautifully made and properly painted. I expect them to last a lifetime. M&G problem solved with professionalism and charm. They were reasonably priced for the quality of the job and they care deeply about what they do. I shall use them again for clients at the architectural practice as well as myself.

Not what they used to be! £450 for a 15mins job!!Outstanding service in the past but I should have taken the chasing I need to do to get them here in the first place as a hint. I was quoted £450 to rehang our front door due to suspected movement from a neighbours building works. I wasn’t able to speak to anyone other than reception so went along with this suggestion. (They had rehung the door 3 years previously and I appreciated it’s a big job and had trusted them) They were on site for 15mins, adjusted the location a few mms of the strike plate and still insisted on charging £450 for the exercise. As I have more work that I’d like them to do I didn’t feel it was the individual contractors responsibility for fees so thought I’d discuss with the company and work something out.They will not engage on this fee, nor followed up about other work and clearly no longer value client referrals, retention and above all doing a fair and professional job.
