After struggling to find many authentic courses near Birmingham, I finally did my 200Hour Kundalini Tantra Yoga Teacher Training over 10 months with Ildy & Anand and could not recommend more!If you want to deepen your yoga practice, learn the history and tantric philosophy along side the science of Ayurveda, this certificate will do exactly that.This course will shift all areas of your life, whether you like it or not. But with the support and encouragement from these teachers - it will definitely lead you to a more fulfilling life!

Started yoga few years ago with Ildy , she is amazing , her knowledge , her personality and I would recommend shivoham institute to anyone because you are made so welcome and I am not very good but ildy helps put you in position and very encouraging .

I have completed the 10 month kundalini tantra teacher training and have learnt so much more than I anticipated. The teachings have deepened my own yoga practice and have prepared me to share the teachings with others. The self enquiry aspect of the course has led to an immense sense of inner peace and understanding which was something I just wasn’t expecting from the course!Overall an amazing experience with 2 knowledgeable teachers.

Ildy is a great yoga teacher I have been learning yoga with her, she is very encouraging and motivating. The Shivoham Institute Retreat was also very informative and engaging.

Shivoham Institute is a great place to learn and practice yoga in person or online regularly. There are regular Reiki courses, chakra and other workshops as well. It has become a big part of my life keeping me healthy physically and mentally.Ildikó and Anand have a vast amount of knowledge deeply rooted in traditional Indian yoga practice. Highly recommended!
