Very good,especially in the colder months.

Bought a float for my stressed out husband who wouldn't normally go for an 'alternative' experience- he bought a second float for himself in the future!He said it was amazing and then followed up with a 'brutal' massage from a massage chair in the chill out room after (which is free). He came away very relaxed, chilled and reporting a fantastic all round experience.

Perfectly organised. Loved every moment of my experience. Have booked again. Great that they do late nights so my next relaxing visit will be after work!

I booked this as a surprise for my daughter who is studying at uni in Swansea. I called up a couple of days before and a really helpful gentleman went through my options and put me at ease as I had no experience of the floations and what to book. When we arrived the receptionist was lovely and welcoming. My daughter had a great float and felt a lot better for it. The relaxation area afterwards was not expected but a great addition to the experience. Would recommend this to anyone wanting some me time.

Not only is flotation amazing in itself, but the environment provided is friendly, welcoming and peaceful, from the massage chairs to the herbal teas you can enjoy as part of the experience afterwards.

The floating therapy session was such an interesting experience! It's unlike any other experience and I would definitely recommend everybody give it a go atleast once! I felt so calm and light after leaving the centre, it really did have such a positive effect on my mental wellbeing, especially after such a stressful, hectic week. Zeta was absolutely lovely and so welcoming and the relaxation room after the float was the perfect finish to the session! Thank you :)

Booked in with 2 of my friends for the first time. It was great.Everything was explained fully before we started our floats.The hour went by quick, but we all felt so relaxed after it.I have a spinal condition and arthritis. The feeling of weightlessness was so nice for me as my pain reduced significantly whilst in there.We spent some time in the relaxation room after the float. You could help yourself to a variety of herbal teas. Really comfy massage chairs. One of my friends nearly fell asleep she was that chilled!Staff are fab. Friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed it so much that we booked another appointment there and then.

I truly love this place. Walking in it feels like a tranquil safe haven away from the madness of the world. Had my second float this week and it was so good. Managed to find my most comfortable position which allowed me to stay quite still in the water. Also found that I had a lot more visuals this time as my mind was able to wander that little bit more. My partner came too and had her first float which she enjoyed.We are now debating making it a monthly thing and including some infrared saunas at the same time.
