I had to call out MKR after a problem with the oil pump on my Corsa which meant it was inadvisable to drive on. Rob was with me within roughly half-an-hour of my call - far sooner than I had expected - and was friendly, helpful, and above all, highly efficient. He had my car ready to be moved very quickly and agreed to drop me off close to my house on his way to the garage as my wife had locked herself out. I would definitely use their services again.

My car broke down yesterday and the lovely Sophie came out to assist me. My starter motor had gone and we had to arrange recovery to my local garage. Sophie was so helpful and had amazing customer service. I'd also like to thank Martin who towed my vehicle to the garage. Both lovely people. I would definitely recommend!

Absolutely brilliant service. Efficient, fast, very thorough and professional. Dennis was fantastic and very focussed on absolute precision and care for my vehicle when lifting it on to his truck. He was very friendly and helpful even ringing me to tell me he'd delivered my car to the garage. You couldn't ask for more!

Fantastic service from Ryan this morning. Arrived at my home to assist with my car that wouldn't start. Quickly diagnosed battery problem, checked alternator etc. as well and then replaced battery with a new one he had on his van. After short test drive I was able to pay on the phone and was assisted by a very helpful guy in the MKR office. 2 year warranty paperwork will be emailed to me in a day or two. Would highly recommend this company and will happily use again if needed.
