Have been dealing with Randstad for approx six months now and can say that Hannah O’Shaughnessy has been very helpful and professional. Always Calls me back and always goes above and beyond to help with my questions . Haven’t really dealt with many other staff there apart from Hannah. Hope she stays with the company ?…. as nice to have a professional person at the end of the line when issues arise.

Underpaid me and accused me of being “kicked off a site” and wouldn’t believe me when I had texts saying otherwise stopped answering my calls. Turns out it was a miscommunication on their end and they offered my job back but had to take a hard pass. I highly recommend searching for other agencies before trying this one.

I applied for a Just Eats Courier job have been accepted all they needed to do was send me the contract to sign. They said they’ve emailed it but I didnt receive anything so I called the next day and when I went to confirm my email address it was wrong, so I told the woman my email address and was told it would be sent within 48 hours as I waited I still haven’t received any contract as they have stated in a text message and email that they have sent saying that they sent me a link but I still haven’t received nothing. How hard is it to take information down properly and send what you have stated. They called me to confirm my email address and surprise surprise they took it down wrong again (and this happened 4x) If they want to keep playing stupid games I’ll sue the whole company for negligence as they don’t have any excuse for not sending my contract to sign so I can book my first shift for work!!! It’s completely ridiculous
