I had a call back within an hour of placing the booking request online which in itself was a very straightforward and easy thing to do. Less than half an hour later my windscreen was being repaired. Genuinely amazed at how quickly and efficiently my job was dealt with, highly recommended!!

Absolutely useless! Never dealt with such a rude customer service department! I had a afternoon appointment booked no one turned up at all! Only found out no one was coming when I called at 5pm to just be told nothing they can do with no apology! Should not be aloud to work with any insurance companies! AVOID USING THIS COMPANY

Popped in to have a chip on my windscreen checked and assess if it could be repaired. I was welcomed warmly, screen was checked, I was able to work in their waiting room with WiFi access, whilst the repair took place. They even made me a proper cup of tea not one from a machine! All in all an excellent customer experience.
