At Prior Park Garden Centre, Bath we have a been CSY customers for over 10 years. We have found the CSY Vector EPOS system to be very straightforward to understand, and the extensive range of reports is good. The Helpdesk staff have been good and the next day swop-box system for hardware problems works well. We continue to be very happy with our service from CSY.

We have been running CSY Vector for 20 years now in our 4 sites in devon. The system is robust and stable, and has served us well in all that time. We certainly wouldnt be able to run our business as effectively without it! The support desk is manned 7 days a week, so we are always able to get help if we need it .Our staff find the front end till system easy to use, and our management team use the reports daily to track sales and stock across the group.

We have had CSY as our Epos provider for over 13 years, We looked hard at a few different one as it was our first time using an Epos system.Choosing CSY was a great move, the helpdesk try and sort any issues straight away, if that is not possible , will get back A.S.A.P.The system is easy to use and manage.Well done CSY , keep it up in 2019

We have had this system for 14 years now and it is still the best to use. Good backup service, very user friendly, very good wear and tear in a garden centre enviroment. Would recommend to anyone looking for an epos solution.

CSY have been a breath of fresh air! The installation of their epos system in our family owned independent retail business went very smoothly, and their Vector software has been extremely reliable and flexible. As our experience has grown we've worked with CSY to use lots of aspects of the system to make our business more efficient, saving us time and money. My account manager is always contactable and responds quickly, plus their help desk is always there when we need them, 7 days a week including bank holidays.In summary, a great business which continue to offer us a very good service and value for money.

Extensively demo-ed a variety of systems and CSY was simply miles ahead of the competition. The sales team answered EVERY problem that applied to us as a garden centre , the hardware was extremely robust in a sometimes extremely hot and very damp environment - the training was very professional and I felt confident to start using the system as soon as it was installed - the software IS the best written on the market doesn't even compare with the countless other 3rd party ones out there. CSY made the transition for us as a sceptical first time Epos user into can't do without user" saved us countless money and time even within the first year. The aftersales backup is incredible

CSY Software is fantastic and the team on support and technical very helpful. I have contacted them over weekends, at all times and they are always very willing to assist.

When it came to choosing a retail system for my new business, it had to be CSY having used them with a previous company. Support as been excellent as usual, also the quality of the latest hardware is very high.

Absolutely categorically avoid CSY Retail Ltd .This company will promise you great things that unfortunately do not materialise. If you are a small retailer looking at growing I would not touch this company. They may have some big clients but they have lost touch with the smaller retailer. We had a choice of who to choose and opted for CSY retail as they showcased the vector software, the software looks quite dated but the key thing is how it functions. We faced huge issues with the software and it was faulty with many bugs and dev issues, we were informed a guy sitting in Poland would be fixing the software for us but now waiting over 6 months absolutely nothing has been done. We have been recommended to Cyber Till and will be working with them to expand and grow. If only management knew how to run the company better, false promises and no emphasises in customer satisfaction, when you spend £7000 per till I’m sure you can understand the frustration! I only expect the best and nothing less at these prices! Great mistake we made but be very very cautious!!!!!
