Ian (Eno) Blackwell has done various plumbing and heating jobs for us,over several years, including total replacement of our old boiler and installation of a new Worcester combi boiler and all the related pipe work. He always explains what's going on, gives realistic estimates and invariably arrives on time, and always cleans up after the job. In addition. he is very polite and courteous. I would recommend him very highly.

Ian connected up my underfloor heating and pump and then filled the system.He arrived on tme, kept me informed about what he was doing and things that would need to be done differently than planned, as well as doing some extra bits that I hadn't asked for but made my life much easier.He is clean and honestly priced, I.E no random charges and I knew what I would be paying before he turned up.He was recommended to us and I'd have no hesitation to recommend him to others. In fact I will be getting him back for the next stage of our project.

He is my local plumber who has over the years been doing a fantastic job. Well trusted and knowledgeable. Reasonable rates for the skill and experience that he has.

We have used Ian for four years now both for planned work i.e. servicing the system, installing new radiators and in an emergency when our boiler stopped working. We have found Ian to be very thorough in analysing the work which needs to be done, giving accurate and competitive quotes, explaining the work required in a lucid manner. In an emergency he is both calm and reassuring when identifying the problem and outlining the work required and what it will cost. When there has been both essential work to be done and potential work for the future his predictions have been accurate. Ian is genuinely concerned first and foremost to tell the customer what work is required to get the best out of the system in a caring and friendly manner. Ian has fit boilers for me in 2 different properties and I have had no issues with them. He arrives on time and explains exactly what he is going to do. I have not been charged any more than my original quote. I have recommended him to 2 other people who have subsequently had boilers fitted and have also had no complaints. He is very knowledgeable about different boiler systems and helped us decide which type was best for us to install.

Eno came to an emergency call for my toilet and was extremely quick to fix the issue and at a competitive cost. He is friendly and very good at explaining plumbing in lay mans terms which really helps to reassure you. Really great service.

Having been let down by others, it was a refreshing change to make one phone call, get an immediate response and get my problem sorted. ENO liaised with my tenant, arrived on time and documentation was sent immediately.I'd certainly use again.

Always had a great experience with Ian. Thoroughly professional and gives his expert technical opinion on any issues without trying to over-complicate. His team did a great job overhauling a large bathroom and 2nd wet-room in our home recently - along with installing new rads, re-conditioning / power-flushing our central heating system and resolving some other heating issues. Very reasonably priced and just a genuinely pleasant gentleman to deal with. Rare to find good plumbers / heating engineers in London but Ian is definitely an exception. Would highly recommend.

I phoned Ian two weeks ago, as we had no hot water. He initially said his call,out was £75.00 When came ( and in time, as I had to go to work), he explained to me exactly what was wrong with our boiler( it needed replacing). He didn't charge, told me how much it would cost to install, and carry out other work. He sent the quote relatively quickly.He did an excellent job, and as previous customers have said, is a very friendly bloke, very honest, and extremely knowledgable. He stayed within budget, and didn't spring any surprises on me. He cleared all rubbish, and left the kitchen tidy and cleanI would definitely recommend Eno Heating and Plumbing to my friends . Excellent job well done.
