THE PERFECT CAR

I bought from Ryan a Mazda 6 2011 estate diesel at a really good price. On the way home the car had no power to lack turbo, I called Ryan that there was a problem with the car. Ryan told me to drive up somewhere to check it out and he would cover the cost of repairs because it happened on the day of the purchase. The problem was a cracked turbo pressure hose, the problem was removed and Ryan refunded me money for the repair. Thank you Ryan power is back to the car

Just read the last review.... slightly confused as this is the opposite to my experience with RyanIve dealt with Ryan for the last 4/5 years and bought/sold multiple cars through TPV. I can honestly say that Ryan provides a fair price and a great service.I have also used Ryan to source me a car that he didn’t have in stock. He was able to use his trade connections to find me the car I wanted at a much better price.TPV/ Ryan are Never pushy and always take the time to show all of the options available.Highly recommend this garage and I’ll be using TPV in the future.Thanks again.

Bought my little fiesta from Ryan with 29500 miles on it, passed mot with no advisories, full service history. 1 Year and a half later, still going strong love my little Bert!!

the worst car dealer I have worked with.he sells me a car with financing, and after a few days I start to discover a lot of problems with the car, he refuses to return the car, even though I legally had 14 days, he gets nervous, he talks as if he doesn't care about the customer.in the end, with the help of the financing company, he agreed to take the car back and transfer the money paid.everything took two months.an extremely humiliating experience as a customer.

Unfortunately we didn't get to the Garage, had a conversation with Ryan, who clearly did not want to show the car we were interested in....unless we were going to buy it that day, sounded half asleep and very unhelpful. So unfortunately sale lost, we will continue our search for the perfect car"."

Ryan and his team have been amazingly helpful in purchasing our new car.We live in the north east of Scotland, and Ryan made himself available for my Brother-in-law to view the car for us.His finance team went above and beyond by going into work on a Sunday to sort out the finance so we could fly down and collect the following Wednesday.Ryan even stayed late as our flight didn’t land until 6pm, so didn’t get to him until 7pm.Can’t thank him and his team enough and the car is exactly as described.Thank you

I have bought the Honda CR-V 2008 from the seller back in January 2022.The seller have not arranged AA warranty which was paid. Have not arranged sunroof blind fix as was agreed.Did not answered calls and e-mails.Moreover he put my number to block list, which I checked by calling from different phone.There is no such company as The Perfect Car" in the company house register. Went up to TPV to check out a 06 civic Type R, he was massively friendly and accommodating, made me and my mate feel really comfortable and even took my friend out for a test drive, Ryan really did go the extra mile and the car has been fantastic, came in great condition and really looked the part with what looked like a full wax and polish finish to sell the car. Really lovely fella, really great service and amazing car in fantastic condition considering it's a 13 year old car.Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would most definitely buy from Ryan again.

I have always had bad experiences with dealerships and private sellers or cars and I put all trust in Ryan. He proved me right and I don't think I've ever been so happy with the service and the car itself.I bought a Citroën C3 from Ryan and he made it extremely easy. The car is faultless and the bad review below just seems extremely unreal.He delivered the car to Cardiff for me and show me all the documents that came with the car. He provided me an invoice through email and the hard copy too. Came with a spare key, full service history and a brand new 12 month MOT. Also came with 12 months AA breakdown cover!For a small business owner like Ryan, he is doing extremely well and I couldn't recommend anyone better.Thank you again, Ryan.
