Ben arrived promptly and was quick to set about with the testing, explaining everything as he went along so that I could understand what he was doing and why. He was very thorough in his work and did not mind at all that I was talking to him throughout. I found Ben to be very polite, exceptionally meticulous and helpful even after the job was complete, and would not hesitate to hire his services again.

Fast response, arrived on-time, quickly established and remedied the fault and then proceeded with a full house wiring check. Courteous and professional Ben kept me appraised of progress during his visit and provided a full report by email. Would certainly use again.

Ben replaced and modernised the fuseboard to our 1930s house. The advice he offered was great and easy to understand. The work was tidy, quick and at a reasonable price! Other companies had said a full rewire was required but Ben worked with us to test our wiring and advise particular areas of concern rather than condemn the whole system. We definitely recommend going with W3TL!

Ben fitted an outdoor socket for me and I would highly recommend him to anyone. He was very quick to respond and made suggestions to improve on what I thought I needed. The quality of his work was excellent, he worked quickly and tidily and he provided fantastic value for money.

Ben was amazing, rang on Tuesday went to answer phone as he was on a job but got back to me within 1hour, then came round the same day to assess the problem and had it fixed the following day. He explained everything that needed doing and was happy to explain as he was doing it. Just brilliant
