Very polite service good value for money. found a issue with my vehicle and without any debate or hesitation they booked my car in and got it fixed. Would highly recommend and I will definitely come back.

I recently bought a VW Polo from here which developed an issue with overeating after a little while. I contacted Ciaran straight away and he was really helpful in finding me a local garage to take my car in to be fixed, (as I live too far away for it to be taken into the garage itself in Exeter). He made sure to speak to the mechanics at the garage regularly and he kept me in the loop on the issue with my car. He made sure I knew exactly what was wrong with it and explained it all to me. I was really impressed with the whole process and I would thoroughly recommend Divers Motor Company. Ciaran is very kind and helpful and he ensured that I was entirely satisfied with my car at all times. The car is lovely and in great condition, I love it! Thank you for all your help Ciaran :)

Zero stars. I purchased a car from Divers Motor Company in early March 2023 but had problems soon after. I took it to a trusted mechanic (Hendy Honda Exeter) to get a second opinion and they found a misfire present, broken damaged spark plug with possible burning oil. Advise burning oil possibly/likely caused by internal engine damage". I was further advised by Honda that the car requires an engine replacement. I suspect that Divers Motor Company sold me the car knowing full well that it had a problem. My understanding is that it would have been just a matter of time before the engine was destroyed. In summary a great dealer and very fair and honest to deal with.It easy to sell someone a car and appear ok to deal with but the real test is if there is a problem afterward. In this case I bought a car from Divers which had an issue within the warranty period (no fault of theirs), they addressed the issue without quibble and went above and beyond to get things all sorted. Many thanks and highly recommend them to anyone else.

A pleasure dealing with a real gentleman. We bought a citroen c4 which developed a very difficult intermittent fault. Divers did everything possible to fix it including taking it to the main dealer. Citroen had problems fixing it and Divers refunded all our money no questions asked. I would go back to them without hesitation despite the fact we live 100 miles away

I bought an Audi A3 early June and it was a fabulous experience from start to finish, the car was supplied valeted and shiny with a new service, MOT, cam belt and water pump - running well. There was a problem with a rear light and Divers had a look and decided to replace the light, no quibble whatsoever and offered a friendly service whilst doing it. I would definitely by from them again. Thanks Ciaron for the service you provide.

I have to leave a review on this occasion because the after sales service we received was excellent.We had a small problem with our left hand stalk and with no question, the car was booked in and dealt with within two hours.Outstanding after sales. We will probably be back again, when we upgrade.

No pressure sales, after our email enquiry we rocked up and car was ready for us to look at with keys ready they knew who we were and left us to look around and told if we fancy a test drive just drive it down to office to scan our license, lovely people
