Very helpful staff and a shop well stocked with pretty much every kind of product you could want when organising a party. Parking is difficult and has to be in adjacent streets which are usually very busy....not the fault of the shop of course!

Bought 3 balloons from this shop which were supposed to last 4-5 days. The first ballon didn't even last the car journey home and when I telephoned the lady, she was incredibly rude. Even when I had to go to the shop to replace the balloon, she was seriously rude and has an attitude problem. The second balloon lasted till the next day and completely deflated. Do not buy anything from this shop. The staff have attitude problems and the balloons are pathetic in quality. Be warned

Would not use this store again!Lady in the shop is miserable and extremely rude went in to collect £70 worth of balloons and she could not even crack a smile or say hello when you enter the shop!Balloons were deflated by the end of the night too!Overpriced and disgusting attitude.

Everytime we come, shop is closed even when it's says on Google it's open. What are your open hours?! When calling, calls goes to answer phone and says that you are busy with customers but shop is locked. Not the way to conduct the business. Very disappointed

Most certainly would not be coming here again. A lady who works there was awfully rude, no customer service or politeness whatsoever. Quality of products isn't as great considering how high they charge. But due to the lady and her ignorance, I would not be coming here and would not recommend this place to others.

They had exactly what I was looking for.. 21st birthday party.... I purchased about 70 poundworth of balloons as table décor. Good quality slightly on the expensive side

I have been buying my November 5th fireworks for the past 7 years from party time Leicester. I have always found them to be more than helpful. To give you an idea on average I spend an hour choosing my fireworks and they are there with me showing me what each firework produces on a screen. That has been from day one not a year 7 customer. The one thing I will say is you do have to ask for help. When you walk in they will say can I help you if you say I'm fine after that your on your own as I first found out in a shop surrounded in fireworks which I had no idea what they did. Once I realised if I asked for help the help poured out also it was in no way pushing me into a sale it's brought me back year after year.

Bought some helium balloons for a party, opened them up at the restaurant and saw that they had mixed up the balloons, rang them up and the service was horrible, the woman shouted horrible abuse at me when THEY got the order wrong. Overpriced and overcharged. No refund or any compensation given. 2 days after the party ALL the balloons had deflated and were on the ground. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. EVER.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Not even a hello when you enter the store! The lady owner is rude and arrogant. The store can not even provide a helium balloon with your name on it on the same day. When trying to complain about a mistake on the wording of a balloon (The name was placed before the Happy Birthday and not after) they just cut the phone. AWFUL STORE!!!

Poor service, she charged £25 to fill 5 ballons up i had no choice as she new it was my sons birthday and had no where else to go! She also left a whole in one of the ballons- lady was very rude who served us- would never use again!
