Had a replacement boiler fitted. The two lads were Jamie and John. Both were very pleasant and courteous. They arrived when they said they would. All rubbish taken away :-) . A credit to 1st Call Gas Services Ltd

Excellent gas installation service. Ben visited and was polite and courteous. Replaced old boiler in half a day. Arrived on time and kept things clean. Did everything asked of him. We live in challenging times so it was refreshing having someone who was cheerful and enjoyed his work. I find jw.org provides excellent advice to help maintain a positive outlook for the future. I live in Scotland and 1st Call gave me such a good price to fit gas central heating into my flat, which at the time had electrical heating, I just had to hire them for the job. The took off early morning from Sheffield and spent the day ripping out old radiators and installing new boiler and gas central heating. They worked hard without a break. They were very professional, and tidied up behind them. They even took away the old radiators. I was delighted with the job they done and would recommend them to anyone. Well done Dave and Leon and thank you. I am one very happy customer indeed.

1st call gas services was employed by my landlord to replace our ancient boiler. The communication was good, they helped us with very little notice. Should be called 1st Class Gas Services!! Great service, great communication. Really nice lads that came to fit my new boiler, done a great job, very clean job they done and they were both very professional and COVID friendly (wearing their masks at all times). I've had a bad experience with another company that failed to wear their masks and keep a distance when doing their job, so it was great to see these guys were sticking to the rules and being professional. 100% recommended!

Had a gas fire removed, my gas boiler serviced, 2 small parts fitted and 4 of my radiators filled after they had been taken off the walls for decorating. Work was done over 2 visits and both engineers were courteous, friendly and respectful of my home. Office staff were informed and helpful. However, I was really not happy with the pricing structure. I was quoted a price for the work which was reasonable compared to other companies I had contacted but after the jobs had commenced I was told I needed to pay by the hour for the work. The boiler needed 2 small, cheap (£15 total) parts which the engineer didn’t have so I had to pay for another 2 hours of labour for this and a recheck of everything the first engineer did. When the radiators were checked (another hour of labour) the engineer found there was small, cheap part missing from 1 radiator (he told me it should cost £1) however again he didn’t have the part on him so to resolve this problem I would have to have a third visit and pay for at least another hour of labour (£50 minimum). I can’t afford this so I’m going to try myself but it was very disappointing when you were quoted a fair price originally and ended up spending considerably more than this in the end. Work and customer service good but be prepared to pay much more than you’re quoted.

We first used them 10 years ago and over the years they have consistently provided a high level of workmanship and an excellent service; always prompt, reliable, helpful, polite. So when moving house, valuing their experience and expertise, they were our 1st Call for a replacement heating system. We can recommend them without reservation.

I was recommended 1st Call Gas for our annual gas boiler service, the office staff were a delight on the phone and their engineer prompt and efficient. Thank you for such excellent service, it is great to know that there are honest tradespeople who don't rip you off. They are consummate professionals.The engineer arrived on time and was very respectful, which is very important as a single mum with children to feel safe. He was very knowledgeable about the central heating system & left the area clean and tidy after he had finished. After the service, the central heating improved greatly and the radiators were much, much warmer! Excellent service all round.
