Yoga with Manon

I have been doing Yoga with Manon for nearly 20 years. I have found the movement and instruction brilliant. Manon has so much knowledge of Yoga, Pilates and body movement.I have also done 2 of her Yoga weekend retreats, which I can highly recommend. They are so good, I am booked onto the next one.Throughout her classes Manon is always offering helpful tips for body movement and keeps us up to date with her knowledge of the field.I can highly recommend her services to others.

I'm very new to yoga, so it was great having someone like Manon teach me the basics and she helped me feel so at ease and comfortable in the classes. I'll definitely be back!

Had my first Yoga class in the Woodbridge area of East Suffolk and Manon made us so very welcome. Some great insights and take away actions to improve posture and breathing exercises.It was a mixed class and we were beginners but she holds advanced sessions in Yoga and fitness as well as Pilates.I really enjoyed the time and superb value @ £10 per hour.
