Very helpful and accommodating. I recently made an appointment for some advice about a product I had bought independently. I didn't expect they would be able to help me, but was surprised to find them not only willing to help, but generous with their time and advice. Next time I'm in need of anything hearing related, I'lll definitely be returning to see them.
