Great service from Apex. I left my bike with them in the afternoon, as I had problems with the chain, rear cassette and pedals. They called me the next morning to tell me what needed doing to ensure I was happy with the recommended repairs and cost. Then they had it all done by lunchtime. I thought it was great value. Very fast turnaround, they were very helpful and a great professional customer service.

Not only they helped me fit my back wheel and chain in less than 15 mins, they also fixed my brakes without even mentioning it and I could swear they also gave a good wipe to my wheels, outstanding service and really quick

Went in to get help with my e-mtb; swiftly told they don't work on electric bikes - I didn't need them to work on my bike, I just wanted to get something ordered in. Bloke I talked to clearly wasn't interested in helping, so I went to my local Balfe's in Sutton who were great and sorted me out straight away.Don't bother with apex if you've got an electric bike.

Hey guys! Just thought it appropriate to leave a good word for having helped me with my bike. Thanks for replacing my Elops casette and chain on such short notice! It is really appreciated that you got me back up and running on literally not notice at all! And thanks for pointing out other faults and making sure I didn’t leave with a dangerous bike. 10/10 will come around again for future repairs!

A flawless 10/10 service from Mike and the team at Apex, who are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.Bought a new bike little over a month ago at a great price and have been very happy with the purchase. I've also received excellent after-sales support and communication.I couldn't recommend them highly enough to anyone looking for a new bike or maintenance.It reaffirms the need to buy from the local bike shop rather than looking online. The value isn't just in the bike itself.

Got my bike serviced here a month or so ago and it’s the best service the bike has ever had, done about 1500km since then and it’s still running like new. I had started going into Apex Cycles more and more as they always had stock of the things I needed unlike the evans across the road along with super customer service. Will definitely be going back here for all bike service needs and picking up the odd puncture repair kit.

Absolutely outstanding levels of service - warm, friendly, helpful, explaining options without jargon and not looking to sell the most expensive option.Went in with an emergency at 5:55pm (they close at 6pm) on the Saturday night before RideLondon with a puncture - they were calm, went out of their way to help and that’s reflective of every experience I’ve had.

The guys at Apex are great. They recently helped me with repairs for a 2nd hand bike I bought - they gave me very sound and honest advice, and got things fixed quickly. Appreciate their patience with my many questions as a newbie to cycling! They also serviced my other bike and did a fantastic job, it’s running like brand new again. Very happy :)
