Honestly the worst wifi we have ever had. They are also so rude and treat you like it’s your fault if the wifi is slow (“ummmm we don’t promise you a faultless service”) Every time you call them you have to confirm about 5 security questions, even when they transfer you all around the departments. They charged us a late fee after we tried to cancel our wifi with them because it didn’t go through on their system because THEIR lines were down. They refused to refund us for it. So glad to be rid of them!!!

Service constantly intermittent. Told on moving address that we would have to sign up for another 24 Month Contract if we wanted to move the service. Do not want to be in another 24 month contract when the internet has been so poor. No loyalty to customers, staff expressing confusion at terms of the contract. Member of staff just hung up on me whilst discussing contract cancellation

By far the worst internet provider I've ever come across. I can't believe internet is this slow in modern world. Not only did they overcharge me for months, they then charged me £50 for not returning the router, even though I had returned it.

Cancelled my broadband 3rd july and DD. Paid account 6 july by debit card. Since then. Have received 12 emails, 14 texts and 11 phone calls to reinstate my direct debit or if I change my decision. I have now reported them to OFCOM.I sent two emai

They where 5 stars up until two years ago then they have been very hit or miss. I don’t like leaving these reviews but it is a very accurate reflection of Italk and there waiting lists.

Trying to shutdown my review on trustpilot...This company is not helpful in anyway and tries to take money every week from my card, which I've had to block now.The actual Internet is terrible, probably feeding off another supplier..This is a desperate broadband if u can't get one, I've been with them about 4 years now, and when it comes to struggling to pay they are not interested

This is the worst internet iv ever had always Turing it’s self off when I call up about it all they say it turn it off turn it back on again I do this each time and all that happens is internet not working my mobile data is faster then this 2.5mbps and my phone had 16mbps all I try do is use it online and it cuts me off either gets fixed or leaving this company and more to that is we ordered a new box that was supposed to be faster but that still has not arrived was supposed to be here over a week ago on the 2nd of may the staff are very lazy and unorganised
