Absolutely amazing here today. I had a full body scrub and massage, highly recommended. Good infection controls in place. Everyone in masks, gel your hands on arrival and masks kept on throughout, bit I didn't have a facial so can't say what their procedure is for that kind of treatment. Well worth the money, feel tons more relaxed now :-)

Had electrolysis done and I wouldn’t recommend unfortunately. The staff are lovely and friendly but I think the owner needs in invest in training their staff. I was getting electrolysis on my face and they didn’t wear gloves. It was more plucking than anything. I also paid a tiny bit more than what the website says but overall a waste of money since the treatment wasn’t done right.

I gave my wife some vouchers for Christmas, before she found out she was pregnant! So a long story short, she was unable to use the vouchers due to looking after a new human, but after contacting them she was allowed to use them after their expiry, she is there today for a 2nd massage, I just received a message saying 'such a little gem this place, well done for finding it' so knowing my wife has high standards, I would definitely recommend them.

I gave them 1 star because I cannot give 0. This establishment is very poorly managed, the workers are clearly not qualified for some of the products they advertise and they mislead you with their false information and fake guarantees.I went to this establishment to get a Fat Freezing procedure. I was attended by a worker that clearly did not know about the process itself, which set me aback, but I had been saving my money for a long time for this, so I decided to still give it a go.When the day of the treatment finally came, they told me that the machine was broken and could not perform the treatment correctly - they could only do one leg at a time, and I'd need to wait 4 weeks between sessions. Then they told me that I should go for the cavitation instead, as they assured me it was the right procedure for me and it would have the same results. I believed them, so paid for 10 sessions in advance as there was an offer going on at the moment.I was embarrassed of how the treatments were performed. The machine had such a short cable that the workers struggled to get the machine going evenly on me - and I was the one moving around so they could do it properly, because they did not even care about it. There were supposed to give a massage before and after the procedure, which did not happen for most of the sessions. Most of the time, they would not even realize they were focused for whole minutes on the same part, leaving others untreated. The lack of professionality was astonishing.As time went by, I mentioned about the money back guarantee they so proudly announce on their website as I was getting no results, and instead of telling me it did not apply for the cavitation treatment, they led me to believe I could mention that to the spa manager so we could work something out.For the last session, they offered me a reduced price for the fat freezing after I told them about the ineffectiveness of the cavitation. I decided to give them one last chance, but on the day of the appointment - after making me wait 3 weeks - they cancelled last minute because the only worker qualified to perform the fat freezing left the establishment that very same day. At that time, I just gave up and asked them to refund the unused session that I paid in advance and I demanded to talk to the manager about the poor treatment quality and the lack of results.They ignored me for weeks, and after constant emails and voice messages, they finally set me up with a meeting with the manager. After I told her this whole story, they finally refunded the unused session, but they did nothing about the rest of the treatment, and still refuse to do anything to compensate for it.My advice? Take your money somewhere else, this establishment will lie to you and misguide you and will not ever have your satisfaction in sight.

I visited the Chichester Solent Medi Spa for a treatment with Emma. The Spa was very clean and the staff very welcoming. Emma was very informative about my treatment and went though everything she would be doing making me feel very relaxed and at ease in her clearly very experienced hands. Overall a lovely experience and I will not hesitate to visit again. Thank you for a lovely experience.

Love the atmosphere in the salon as it was lovely and calm and just what I needed. I was there a little early for my appointment but they were able to see to me straight away with the forms I needed to fill in. The massage rooms were nice and quiet and the massage itself was lovely! They do ask how you like the pressure to make sure they get it just right for you which is nice. Will definitely be visiting again!

This is worst spa I’ve had ever dealt with! They are so rude and unorganised. Cancelled my appointment due to “staff sickness” first time and didn’t even reschedule it. They simply just texted me saying it was cancelled. No one answered when I tried to contact then. I emailed the manager and after many e-mails back and forth, they booked me in one month later! I took a day off to take my mom today this morning and they told me the appointment was cancelled and they didn’t have my contact details to inform me! Staff said it wasn’t their responsibility and when I spoke to the manager she said she couldn’t do anything. The worst experience I’ve ever had. Please do not book with them.To your reply:Your therapist told me it wasn’t her responsibility. And you reschedule the first time and the second time I got to the spa 10am in the morning just to be told it’s cancelled and you didn’t have my contact number to inform me! When I spoke to you on mobile you told me to speak to Groupon for a refund. So please don’t even try to play nice when you hung up straight after I said I will speak to Groupon. Cancelling appointment one time is one thing but twice! And not informing? This appointment should have been a priority especially when there was other therapists. So thank you for your amazing work ethics! Don’t do this to your other customers in the future.

Due to a difficult end to my pregnancy, I couldn't get booked in when I planned but Elena very kindly extended the voucher that had expired and I had a lovely and much needed massage. I will definitely be back!
