Terrible after sales, avoid at all costs. Any phone calls with complaints just ignored. Wrong manual in car, promised a new one chased it up many times and never as much as received a phone call back. Once they get the car sale they don't want to know. Not the sort of service you would expect after spending close to £20,000 on a car...

Great experience, salesperson Mark was very helpful and friendly he talked us through the options of the car we were interested in purchasing and when we decided to buy Car kept us informed of when we could collect our new car. After spotting a gorgeous vehicle for sale with roadside portadown, arranging a vehicle exchange and test drive was friendly and efficient, Mark in sales looked after me from the get go, and to be fair i had my complaints about niggly things about the vehicle, to which the team have went above and beyond to rectify. Fantastic experience within this dealership and would highly recommend.

Very disappointed in the service from the Senior Sales Executive I requested a video on the Thursday and never got it to the following Tuesday. I was totally ignored when asked about delivery of a car I was looking at online. To top it all off he went back on his word on the deal as he originally agreed to change me for £7200 and then the car was reduced from £7950 to £7500 he wouldn’t alter the deal. Very disappointing attitude from the Senior Sales Executive.

Appalling after sales service. Good luck if you have any issues with your car under warranty. Ignored for 6 months threatened with solicitors letters and sorted within 10 days by way of finance payment refund
