Having worked alongside Ash on one of our recent projects it made a refreshing change to have an architect on board who not only held his clients best interests at heart but was able to communicate clearly and effectively with our team to ensure we had understood his vision, but most importantly could practically deliver it. It goes without saying that the attention to detail was on point but for us what is more important is the human interaction. Being able to have a normal conversation on a normal level and reach a sensible conclusion so we can keep on programme and deliver an outstanding work space for our clients. Looking forward to many more projects together, couldn’t recommend highly enough

We have done several quite large building projects around Sutton Coldfield over the last 15 years or so and tried numerous different architects but always felt very underwhelmed with their vision. After chatting to a friend who has recently done a self build he recommended Ashley from Co-Arch. I made the initial call and was very pleased with the way our conversation went, Ashley duly called around within a day or so and actually listened to what we wanted. Within a couple of weeks we had a selection of floor plans and elevations and WOW these blew us away. We are now about to start the big build and can’t recommend Ashley and his team enough. Ash made our dream home a reality! He offered innovative insights for the designs and delivered a final product that was stunning absolutely fantastic service!Very helpful even with things outside of the service. I chose Co-Arch for our Pre-App because Ashley knew the area. He drew up thorough plans, attended the council meeting with me and had some creative new ideas.

Ashley the Architect from Co-Arch has been absolutely amazing at designing and project managing the fit out of my new office premises.From the mood board with suggested layouts and colour schemes to the detailed complex floor plan, everything Ash has produced has been of an exceptional standard. Ash and his team created CGI images and video for the Barn conversions that we are currently working on. I was really impressed with the quality. They have made the conversion process much easier because they helped my team visualise the end outcome and they have been instrumental in selling them off plan.We have also worked together on some sketch layouts for projects that we are currently negotiating on and I am sure that we will be working together on my future projects.
